Blood Orange Olive Oil and Apricot Balsamic
Blood Orange Olive Oil and Apricot Balsamic

Blood Orange Olive Oil

This olive oil tastes like blood oranges and is great on salads, especially when used with a balsamic vinegar. Use in place of oil when baking for a hint of orange flavor, such as in brownies, cakes or pancakes! It is excellent as a drizzle on chicken or salmon and to sauté scallops. It is also fabulous on roasted cauliflower. Use to make a fruity mayonnaise or citrus marinade.

Apricot Balsamic

Combining the sweetness of freshly picked and perfectly ripe apricots with the rich and full-bodied flavors of balsamic vinegar. This thick and syrupy balsamic pairs nicely with nutty flavors as well as bolder more unique flavors like clove, cinnamon and ginger. Try tossed in your next coleslaw or lightly reduce to use as a syrup on sweets. Also great when paired with more savory flavors, use this balsamic as a glaze on your favorite protein!

Estate Blend EVOO & California Balsamic
Estate Blend EVOO & California Balsamic

Estate Blend EVOO

Our newest certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of Manzanillo and Mission varietal olives, this blend gets the best of both varietals combining the delicious grassy, and peppery zing of the Manzanillo olives and the mild and buttery flavors of the Mission olives.  These olive oils both received gold medals at the 2016 COOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition and come together to create a wonderfully mild EVOO that will quickly become your favorite everyday olive oil.

California Balsamic

Produced from the juice of just-harvested zinfandel and cabernet grapes grown in Northern California. The juices are then aged for several years in wooden casks in order for the flavors to intensify while the vinegar picks up a subtle vanilla taste from the oak. None of the product is sold until the end of the aging period, following traditional balsamic barreling practices.

Leccino EVOO

This extra virgin olive oil is grown right in our backyard in an orchard off Happy Canyon Rd. in Santa Ynez. This olive oil is pressed from Leccino olives that were picked at their peak of freshness and milled on location within hours of harvest. This oil’s aroma of fresh cut grass and floral taste will make it an everyday staple in any household where it can be used to make a delicate dressing or as a finishing oil for meats and vegetables.

Aged Balsamic

More than 900 years ago the European aristocracy already knew this precious liquid as a tonic, remedy, and condiment. Acidity, sweetness, spice, and a hint of wood meld together in harmony. Thick and black, the rich essence of balsamic vinegar brings excitement to salads, meats, and vegetables. Our Aged Balsamic Vinegar comes from the juice of the Trebbiano grape cultivated on the mountainsides of Modena, Italy. Among experts, Balsamic from Modena is known as the world's most valuable and best balsamic vinegar.
