All our Fustis are made in Italy and are NSF Certified. Manufactured to the highest quality standards, these containers are made of 18/10 stainless steel and all joints are TIG welded to insure completely smooth interior and exterior surfaces. The seamless construction prevents the deposit and accumulation of organic matter and the possibility of bacterial growth.  Inferior "folded" metal containers, although less expensive, are constructed like tin cans and have seams, which can trap food particles, leading to bacterial contamination. Perfect for storage of olive oils, vinegars, water or wine, they minimize exposure to air and light, and keep contents fresher longer.
