Lemongrass Vinaigrette


INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons, sea salt
1 teaspoon, sugar
2 teaspoons, fresh garlic - finely minced
6 tablespoons, Auntie Si Lemongrass Vinegar
2 tablespoons, il Fustino Arbosana EVOO

3 cups, micro salad greens
freshly ground pepper

METHOD

  1. In medium size salad bowl combine salt, sugar, garlic and Lemongrass Vinegar
  2. Whisk until salt dissolves completely
  3. Add micro-green
  4. Add il Fustino Arbosana EVOO and toss
  5. Finish with pepper and plate
