Spice up plain old olives with some fresh herbs and garlic

Serves: 8

Marinated Olives


1 tablespoon, fresh thyme - finely chopped
1 tablespoon, fresh rosemary - finely chopped
2 cloves, garlic - finely chopped
1 teaspoon, lemon rind - finely chopped
1 tablespoon, il Fustino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, good olives - pitted


  1. Combine all ingredients in a ceramic bowl
  2. Cover and refrigerate over night to let flavors combine
  3. Bring to room temperature before serving
