INGREDIENTS

1 cucumber - seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons, cilantro - chopped
1/2 teaspoon, cumin powder
3/4 teaspoon, salt
24 ounces, plain low-fat yogurt

METHOD

  1. Wash and peel cucumber. Remove seeds. Chop finely.
  2. Mix all ingredients and serve.
