This combination of watermelon and fets cheese is a Greek favorite in summer. It is eaten as a snack or light meal.

- 3/4 cup,
cold watermelon

cubed
- 1/4 cup,
feta cheese

crumbled or cubed
- 1/4 medium,
red onion

cut in paper thin slices
- Balsamic vinegar to taste

Method

Place the watermelon in a bowl

Top with most of the onions and feta cheese

Place remaining onions on top
