Made from 100% Lucca varietal olives grown on a family-owned estate in the Santa Ynez Valley which is home to 1,700 trees over 11 acres. The Lucca olives used to make this oil are perfectly suited for the Central Coast climate and lend a big peppery flavor to the resulting olive oil.
