Burrata with Balsamic Cherry & Prosciutto Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 cup, cherries - pitted and sliced in half
- 2 tbsp, il Fustino California Balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 slices, Prosciutto
- 1 tsp, fresh thyme
- 12 ounces, burrata
- il Fustino Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil - for drizzling
- Flaky salt
- Crusty bread - for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bunch one slice of prosciutto at a time and lay on the prepared baking sheet, leave room between each slice.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, do not overcook or burn the prosciutto chips. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
While Prosciutto is cooling, toss the sliced cherries, thyme and balsamic together in a bowl and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Arrange the burrata on a serving board, drizzle with Taggiasca EVOO and sprinkle with flaky salt. Top with the broken up piece of Prosciutto chips.
Serve with toasted crust bread and enjoy!
