Our Shipping Policy

Note: We only ship inside the Continental United States.

We ship using the best method available. We reserve the right to select alternative carriers. For example we may choose to use USPS instead of UPS if the delivery date will be equal to or better than that originally selected in your order. We will not refund you the difference if our selection results in a cheaper rate.

We bottle everything fresh to order. Orders usually ship within two business days. Please keep in mind that the "shipping speed" you select in the delivery method relates to "days in transit" and not total days to delivery. Therefore a 2-3 business days shipment could take up to 5 business days (2 before shipping and 3 for delivery). For orders placed on Friday through Sunday, Monday is the 1st business day. Depending on which items you bought, we may use one or a combination of several methods to ship your order.

Please note: UPS and FedEX will not ship to PO Boxes. Please include the actual shipping address when selecting these carriers.

*Items excluded from sale pricing include custom bottles, reusable bottle purchases and refills, fustis and bulk size/wholesale orders. Sale rates cannot be applied outside of the designated sale dates, no exceptions. Offer cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.*
