
Creamy Horseradish Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp, fresh horseradish
- 1/2 cup, Greek yogurt - full fat
- 1 tsp, il Fustino Spanish Sherry Vinegar
- 1 tsp, Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp, kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 tbsp, chives - chopped
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh horseradish, Greek yogurt, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper until combined.
Now fold in the chopped chives. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
Refrigerate and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
