Spicy Chili Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp, il Fustino EVOO
  • 1, ground pork
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2/3 cup, trumpet mushrooms - chopped
  • 3, garlic cloves
  • 2, spring onions
  • 1 tbsp, Everiday House Red Chili Sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp, il Fustino Kaffir Lime and Ginger
  • 1 tsp, Mirin
  • 1 tbsp, soy sauce
  • 1, Fresno chili - optional, for garnish

Directions:

To a large skillet, add EVOO and heat over medium high heat, add chopped onions and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the ground pork and break it up into smaller pieces using the tip of a spatula, cook until pork is browned about 7 minutes.

Adding minced garlic, chili sauce, mirin and soy sauce, stir to combine and let cook until everything is coated and caramelized, 5-7 more minutes.

Serve over rice and garnish with chopped spring onion and sliced Fresno chili. Enjoy!
