
Spicy Chili Pork
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp, il Fustino EVOO
- 1, ground pork
- 1/2 white onion
- 2/3 cup, trumpet mushrooms - chopped
- 3, garlic cloves
- 2, spring onions
- 1 tbsp, Everiday House Red Chili Sauce
- 1-2 tbsp, il Fustino Kaffir Lime and Ginger
- 1 tsp, Mirin
- 1 tbsp, soy sauce
- 1, Fresno chili - optional, for garnish
Directions:
To a large skillet, add EVOO and heat over medium high heat, add chopped onions and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the ground pork and break it up into smaller pieces using the tip of a spatula, cook until pork is browned about 7 minutes.
Adding minced garlic, chili sauce, mirin and soy sauce, stir to combine and let cook until everything is coated and caramelized, 5-7 more minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with chopped spring onion and sliced Fresno chili. Enjoy!
