Stracciatella & Grated Strawberries with Olio Nuovo

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Fresh Stracciatella cheese (or 2 - 4oz burrata ball)
  • 1/4 cup, frozen whole strawberries
  • 3 tbsp, il Fustino Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 tbsp, il Fustino 25 Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch, flaky salt
  • Sliced sourdough bread for serving

Directions:

On a serving plate spread stracciatella cheese evenly. 

Starting with the Olio Nuovo, drizzle about 3 tablespoons of oil over the cheese. Next, drizzle balsamic vinegar. 

Using a cheese grater, take your whole frozen strawberries and grate the strawberries over the stracciatella, oil and balsamic. Finish with flaky salt. 

Serve immediately with warm, toasted sourdough.
