Balsamic Fruit Marinade
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 tbsp, il Fustino Peach White Balsamic
- 1/2 tsp, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
- 2 tsp. finely grated freshly ginger
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 3 cups, chopped fruit
Directions:
Whisk together the orange juice, balsamic, EVOO, ginger and nutmeg.
Pour over chopped fruit.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Garnish with chopped mint and serve!
