Balsamic Fruit Marinade

Servings: 4


  • 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 tbsp, il Fustino Peach White Balsamic
  • 1/2 tsp, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
  • 2 tsp. finely grated freshly ginger
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 3 cups, chopped fruit


Whisk together the orange juice, balsamic, EVOO, ginger and nutmeg.

Pour over chopped fruit.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Garnish with chopped mint and serve!
