Chocolate Crepe with Jam

Ingredients:
- 2 cups, milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups, all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup, unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup, sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon, salt
- jam for serving
- Whipped cream for serving
Directions:
In a blender, combine milk, eggs, butter, flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt, and blend until smooth and lump-free.
Let batter stand at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight (refrigerate if allowing to stand more than 1 hour.)
Preheat an electric crepe maker and make crepes according to manufacturer’s instructions. Or use conventional stove-top.
Serve with jam and whipped cream.
