Fig & Herbes De Provence Flank Steak

  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp, dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp, whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup, il Fustino Fig Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup, il Fustino Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1.5-2 pound, flank steak


Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.

Pat flank steak dry and place in a gallon zip lock bag, pour marinade over the top.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Cook using your preferred method.
