Greek Lemon Sauce


  • 1/4 cup, fresh lemon juice and zest- from 1 or 2 lemons
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 cup, il Fustino Santa Barbara Estate Blend EVOO
  • 1 tbsp, il Fustino Greek Seasoning
  • 1 clove, garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp, Dijon mustard


Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined and the oil is emulsified or combine all the ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously until mixed.

Makes a great salad dressing, or a sauce for grilled meats and vegetables.
