Greek Lemon Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup, fresh lemon juice and zest- from 1 or 2 lemons
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup, il Fustino Santa Barbara Estate Blend EVOO
- 1 tbsp, il Fustino Greek Seasoning
- 1 clove, garlic - minced
- 1 tsp, Dijon mustard
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined and the oil is emulsified or combine all the ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously until mixed.
Makes a great salad dressing, or a sauce for grilled meats and vegetables.
