Servings: Makes 1/3 cup


  • 1 small bunch of Italian parsley
  • 1 clove, garlic
  • 2 lemons


Prepare your ingredients: wash and dry your parsley and lemons and remove the papery skin of the garlic clove

Roughly chop the parsley. You should finish with about 1/2 a cup. Move into a small bowl.

Use a microplane to grate the garlic clove over the parsley.

Using the same microplane, grate the zest of both of your lemons over your garlic and parsley.

Stir until combined.

Use over fish, meats or vegetables. Enjoy!
