Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup, il Fustino Pomegranate Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup, il Fustino Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup, maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp, lemon juice – freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp, dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp, kosher salt


Whisk all ingredients vigorously until smooth and incorporated.

Toss roasted vegetables or seasonal greens in the dressing to make a great side dish to any meal.

Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
