Pumpkin Spice Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup, il Fustino Lucca Extra Virgin Olive
• Oil
• 1/3 cup, il Fustino pumpkin Spice Balsamic
• 1/4 cup, il Fustino Basil Olive Oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1⁄2 tsp, salt
• 1⁄2 tsp, pepper
• 1 date

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

If the dressing is too thick add 1 tablespoon of water or more depending on desired consistency.
