Spring Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp, il Fustino Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 5 tbsp, il Fustino Basil Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp, minced flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp, Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper - to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until oil is emulsified.

Enjoy drizzled on a salad with arugula, thinly sliced onions, honey crisp apples and sliced almonds.
