Spring Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp, il Fustino Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
- 5 tbsp, il Fustino Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp, minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 tbsp, Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper - to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until oil is emulsified.
Enjoy drizzled on a salad with arugula, thinly sliced onions, honey crisp apples and sliced almonds.
