Ancho Vinegar


An ancho chile is a dried poblano pepper known for the combination of the sweet and almost raisin like flavor of its skin and the hot and peppery quality of its inner veins. Roasted bell peppers are mixed with the irresistible flavor of the ancho chilis with a helping hand from fresh habanero peppers to create this incredible vinegar. Blends perfectly into a hearty soup or chili and can add just the right amount of spice to any sauce or salsa.

Vinegar diluted with water to 4.3% acidity, Sugar, Roasted Peppers. May contain natural pulp.

Avocado Oil, Jalapeno Olive Oil
