Fig Balsamic

Figs trees are said to be one of the first plants that humans domesticated. These figs are picked at the peak of the season; which starts in June and continues through December in the Northern Hemisphere and are concentrated so they can blend beautifully into California balsamic vinegar. The figs, which bring complex flavors of maple syrup, raspberry, and notes of caramel combined with the richness of the balsamic vinegar make this sweet and jammy balsamic the perfect addition to any dessert.
