Mimosa Champagne Vinegar


This champagne vinegar is made by taking the same grapes used in your favorite bottle of wine and then mixing in the antioxidant rich juice of California grown citrus fruit. With all the bright and sparkling taste of champagne this Mimosa Blood Orange vinegar will lighten up any recipe. Mild enough you can use it anytime a white wine vinegar is called for and can pair nicely with any fruity or citrus flavors.

Vinegar diluted with water to 5% acidity, Sugar, Citrus (Contains naturally occuring sulfites)

Lemon Olive Oil, Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
