Olio Nuovo - New Harvest 2024-2025

LIMITED RESERVE OLIO NUOVO. This oil marks the beginning of the olive harvest in California and while most oils are left alone after milling, to allow olive sediment to settle, this one goes straight from mill to bottle with no filtering. Think of this as olive nectar: murky green, with intense grassy scents, and a wonderfully spicy finish. This oil will add a ton of flavor to any meal and is ideal for drizzling over green salads with a squeeze of lemon juice or for use as a dipping oil for breads.
