Roasted Pepper Blackberry Vinegar


Our Roasted Pepper Blackberry vinegar is made mixing the juices of the California grown blackberries, ancho chilies and bell peppers that are organically grown on the Central Coast. The sweetness of the blackberries pairs beautifully with the smokiness of the roasted peppers making this one of our owner's favorites. Great mixed into a marinade for chicken and pork and reduces nicely to use as a glaze on duck or venison.

Vinegar diluted with water to 4.3% acidity, Sugar, Blackberries, Roasted Peppers. May contain natural pulp.
