Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This year we received a private reserve of fifty-five gallons of extra virgin olive oil made from Taggiasca olives. Sourced from a small 3 acre orchard located in Rancho Alisal, Solvang, CA. With such a limited quantity we created a 100% Taggiasca blend with our partner orchard in Yolo California. With a mild, floral, and herbaceous flavor, this oil starts off sweet and delicate and opens to light flavors of green tea and artichokes.
