Autumn Salad with Cranberry Pear Balsamic Dressing
- 1/4 cup, il Fustino Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup, il Fustino Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp, Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp, salt
- 1/4 tsp, black pepper
- 1 head, Radicchio - torn
- 1 bunch, butter leaf lettuce - torn
- 1, orange - skin removed and sliced into small wedges
- 1 handful, mint
- 1/2 cup, feta crumbles
- 1/2 cup, walnuts - roughly chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic, olive oil, mustard, salt & pepper. Whisk until combined.
To a salad bowl, add the prepared Radicchio and butter lettuce. Arrange the orange slices over the top and sprinkle the mint, feta and walnuts over that.
Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat.
