Baked Apricots
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 pound, ripe apricots (6 or 7)
- 3 tablespoons, apricot jam
- 1/4 cup, half and half
- 1/2 cup, slivered almonds – toasted
- 1 tablespoon, granulated sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cut the apricots in half, and remove their pits
Arrange the apricot halves cut side down in a gratin dish. Spoon the jam over the fruit and pour the half-and-half around the fruit. Sprinkle the almonds and sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
