- 1 pound, asparagus – washed and trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves – finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons, il Fustino extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons, water
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a ceramic baking dish, place asparagus. Pour olive oil over. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, salt and pepper
3. Toss asparagus to blend with oil and garlic. Add water.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until asparagus is al dente. Do not over-cook. Serve warm or at room temperature.
