Blackberry & Feta Cheese Plate

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz, feta
  • 1 pint, blackberries
  • 1/4 cup, il Fustino Santa Ynez Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp, il Fustino Apricot Reserve Balsamic
  • flaky salt
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, Mint, or Basil) Optional

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together the EVOO and apricot balsamic until combined.

Cut feta into 1/2 inch cubes, about the size of a blackberry and place on top of the olive oil and balsamic mixture. Place feta and blackberry in a checkerboard pattern alternating between feta and a blackberry. 

Top with a pinch of flaky salt and fresh herbs.

Serve with a slice baguette and enjoy!
