
Stuffed Figs
Ingredients:
- 4, fresh figs
- 3 tbsp, crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp, chopped pistachios
- fresh thyme
- honey
- il Fustino Apricot Reserve Balsamic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut off the stems of each fig and make a cross over the top of the figs, being careful not to cut through the bottom, leaving the base of each fig intact and connected.
Into the center of each fig, add a bit of crumbled feta, chopped pistachios and fresh thyme.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and balsamic. Enjoy!
