Blue Cheese and Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup, blue cheese crumbles
- 3/4 cup, cream cheese
- 1/4 cup, il Fustino Arbequina Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp, chives – diced for garnish
- pepper
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the blue cheese, cream cheese and olive oil. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chives and a generous amount of freshly ground pepper. Serve at room temperature. (We served with celery sticks or vegetable chips)
