Blue Cheese and Olive Oil Dip



  • 1/2 cup, blue cheese crumbles 
  • 3/4 cup, cream cheese 
  • 1/4 cup, il Fustino Arbequina Olive Oil 
  • 2 tbsp, chives – diced for garnish 
  • pepper 


In a food processor, combine the blue cheese, cream cheese and olive oil. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chives and a generous amount of freshly ground pepper. Serve at room temperature. (We served with celery sticks or vegetable chips)
