Caper and Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1 clove, garlic
- 3 tbsp, lemon juice
- 1/3 cup, il Fustino Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup, parmesan - grated
- salt & pepper - to taste
- 1/2 tbsp, capers - drained
To a bowl, add the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and grated parmesan. Whisk together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add in the drained capers and fold in to combine.
Serve over a bed of spring mix for a simple side salad, enjoy!
