Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
- 16oz ZonZon Organics Pomodoro Sauce
- 1 lb, penne pasta- dried
- 1 lb, organic chicken breast
- 4 oz, parmesan cheese- grated
- 2, organic eggs
- 1/2 bunch of Italian parsley
- 2 cups, natural plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp, black pepper
- 1 tsp, turmeric
- 1 tsp, garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp, cayenne pepper
- 5 oz, safflower oil (substitute with olive oil if desired)
Directions:
Rinse parsley: then finely chop leaves
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs- adding parsley, parmesan & spices until ingredients are homogeneous
Rinse chicken breast with water & lemon juice then cut into strips, set aside.
In a second mixing bowl add breadcrumbs & set aside
Preheat safflower oil in medium-depth pan
