Chicken Parmesan

  • 16oz ZonZon Organics Pomodoro Sauce
  • 1 lb, penne pasta- dried
  • 1 lb, organic chicken breast
  • 4 oz, parmesan cheese- grated
  • 2, organic eggs
  • 1/2 bunch of Italian parsley
  • 2 cups, natural plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp, black pepper
  • 1 tsp, turmeric
  • 1 tsp, garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp, cayenne pepper
  • 5 oz, safflower oil (substitute with olive oil if desired)


Rinse parsley: then finely chop leaves

In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs- adding parsley, parmesan & spices until ingredients are homogeneous

Rinse chicken breast with water & lemon juice then cut into strips, set aside.

In a second mixing bowl add breadcrumbs & set aside

Preheat safflower oil in medium-depth pan
