Creamy Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup, il Fustino Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup, tahini
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tbsp, Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp, honey
- salt and pepper – to taste
Directions:
Combine all of the dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until combined. If it is too thick for your liking, add a table spoon of cool water until it riches the desired consistency.
