Ingredients:
- A selection of cured meats - We used mortadella, prosciutto and coppa
- 4 slices, sourdough bread
- il Fustino Olio Nuovo
Directions:
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olio nuovo over medium heat and toast the bread until golden brown in the center and crisp.
Serve draped with cured meats and topped with another drizzle of Olio Nuovo.
