Goat Cheese Spread

Servings: 4


  • 6 ounces, spreadable goat cheese – at room temperature
  • 3 tbsp, il Fustino Lemon Olive Oil – plus more for garnish
  • 1 bunch, chives – diced (about 4 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 tsp, salt
  • 1/2 cup, pistachios – shelled and roughly chopped
  • pepper – to taste


In a food processor, combine the goat cheese, olive oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped chives and salt. Mix until combined.

Once combined, transfer to a serving bowl. Top with chopped pistachios and remaining chives.

Before serving drizzle with more lemon olive oil.

Enjoy with your favorite crudites. (We recommend Belgium endives and sliced bell peppers)
