- 1 can, chickpeas- 12 ounces
- 1 tbsp, il Fustino Koroneiki Blend EVOO
- 2 tbsp, Villa Jerada Harissa Sauce
- salt and pepper- to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
While oven is preheating line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Rinse your chickpeas and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Add the dried chickpeas to a small mixing bowl and toss with EVOO and harissa sauce.
Spread the coated chickpeas evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a rich golden brown.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
