Herb Vinaigrette

Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey, to taste
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (We recommend using our Ascolano EVOO)
  • 2 tsps herbs (e.g., basil, thyme or parsley), chopped

Directions:

1. Put mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, and honey into a jar. Shake well and make sure that salt and honey have dissolved. 

2. Add oil. Shake to incorporate and emulsify.

3. Add herbs and adjust flavors to taste.
