A classic accompaniment to Indian fare.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber – seeded and chopped
- 3 tablespoons, cilantro – chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon, cumin powder
- 3/4 teaspoon, salt
- 24 ounces, plain low-fat yogurt
Directions:
Wash and peel cucumber. Remove seeds. Chop finely.
Mix all ingredients and serve.
