A classic accompaniment to Indian fare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber – seeded and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons, cilantro – chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon, cumin powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon, salt
  • 24 ounces, plain low-fat yogurt

Directions:

Wash and peel cucumber. Remove seeds. Chop finely.

Mix all ingredients and serve.
