Rosemary Garlic Confit

Servings: makes about 1 cup


  • 2 heads, garlic
  • 3/4 cup, il Fustino Rosemary Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

While oven is preheating prep garlic heads. Remove outer paper to separate cloves but do not fully peel.

Add garlic cloves and olive oil to a small baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and let cook to room temperature.

Transfer to a jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy each clove spread over toast or mixed into pasta or potato dishes.
