Our California Harvest Blend is a special release that originally debuted as a Club Member exclusive. Made up of three California-grown varietals, this oil combines the tomato leaf flavor typical of Picual, the fruitiness of Ascolano, and the signature robust finish of Frantoio. Use as a finishing oil on all of your end-of-summer and early fall recipes.
