Lasagnette

A traditional shape from Liguria, these lasagnette, or small lasagne, are delicious with any sauce. Also ideal for a seafood preparation with mussels and large prawns sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, and white wine. The shape presents beautifully on the plate!
