Our slow-cured, small batch salumi is handcrafted in the culinary eden of Sonoma County California with Never Ever Pork, local spices and a touch of wine. You can taste the difference when salumi is crafted slower and cooler in the true European style. Our stunning packaging adds to its appeal making it great on the shelf or in gift sets.

Ingredients

Finocchiona: Pork, Sea Salt, Russian River Chardonnay (White Wine), contains 2% or less of Spices, Fennel, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Salt, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.

Pepperoni: Pork, Sea Salt, contains 2% or less of Spices, Paprika, Red Chilies, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Garlic, Sodium Nitrate, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, Water, and Natural Smoke Flavor.

Soppressata: Pork, Sea Salt, contains 2% or less of Sweet Pepper Sauce (Sweet Pepper, Salt, Citric Acid), Sonoma Country Zinfandel (Red Wine), Garlic, Spices, Red Chilies, Sugar, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Salt, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.
