This isn’t the dusty, forgettable brown lentil you find in co-op bulk bins—it’s actually a Spanish treasure. Pardina lentils are traditionally used in all kinds of dishes in Spain, including Lentejas, a rustic stew that has become a national dish.

Please note: These lentils were harvested on equipment shared with wheat. We are finding some wheat kernels mixed in with the lentils. If wheat is an allergen for you, we recommend avoiding this crop. As with all our crops, we recommend sorting and checking for organic debris, and rinsing well.
