Cookie Chip Bar: Pump Street cookie dough is baked to caramelised perfection, then nestled within our chocolate for an immersive cookie encounter. It's a modern take on a timeless delight, crafted to satisfy your cravings with every bite.
Croissant Bar: They blend the butteriness into the base chocolate and then augment it with crisp, browned flakes of baked croissant. We are delighted to be working with these fine cacao beans from the Hacienda Victoria, a progressive farm known for its stewardship of the land and its delicate fermentation, showcasing the mellow nuttiness of the Arriba Nacional beans. As this bar has been made with fresh croissants, we would advise that you eat it as soon as possible to ensure the buttery flavour is at its freshest.
Madagascar & Sea Salt Bar: This is the first bar in Pump Street Double Origin Series, celebrating the beauty and simplicity of two origins; the Madagascan beans bring a fruity warmth, whilst the sea salt that is ground into the chocolate lifts and rounds to the notes of dulce de leche and milk caramel.
