
Fig Gin Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces, gin
- 1 ounce, lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp, il Fustino Fig Balsamic
- 3/4 ounce, Meadowland Goldfinch Simple Syrup
- egg white
Directions:
Add gin, lemon juice, Fig Balsamic, simple syrup and egg white. Shake in a dry shaker (meaning a shaker with no ice) for 20 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled, about 30 seconds. A good rule of thumb is that you should shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted and cold to the tough.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
